Return Policy

In order to provide you a hassle-free shopping experience, if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the products received, you can exchange or return your items. Please make sure the following return & exchange policy guidelines are met:

1. Exchanges/returns are eligible within 14 days after receiving the package. (This means once you receive your order you have 14 days to file an exchange/return) The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

2. Products are eligible for return only if they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging.

3. Once the exchange request is received and approved, we will send you a prepaid/free shipping label to return the items within 2-3 days. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

4. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-MEETWEE products.

5. Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Also email us the shipping information: Photos of the package you send back and tracking number.

6. Each eligible item can be only submitted one return request.

Returns for VIP Only
1. MEETWEE VIP members can enjoy a free return & exchange within 30 days of receiving their item(s).
2. Once the return package shipped out, the refund will be credited immediately to the original payment method. For an exchange order, the new replacement will be also sent out right way.
