RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and utmost concern. We wish to create a satisfying and enjoyable shopping experience for you. Before you place the order, highly suggest you refer to our size chart and measurement guides to choose your correct size or color. Do not waste any time on return.
All our dresses are true to size chart. If standard size does not suit you, you can also choose our custom size service, which is for free.

Return Process:

1) If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for items within 90 days of delivery date. Email us at support@fashionjoye.com

2) Please include your order number and explain why you want to return and include photos or video.

3)Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item back to us as soon as possible. Also email us the shipping information:

a）Photos of the package you send back;

b) Tracking number;

PS:All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging and without any perfume,animal hair, dander, deodorant, or similar product stains.Or we can not refund.
(We are trying our best to improve our customer’s shopping experience, just be honest. )

4) Once received at our facility, your return will be processed immediately.

PS: As for the return shipping cost, you had to pay for it by yourself.

We do not accept any return if our product is used or damaged.

And we do not have try on situation return. We do not accept return that purchase two or three or more products to try them on and just need one, would live to return the rest back)


Cancel Process:

1.Orders canceled after 72 hours since paid before shipment will get 80% refund of total amount.

2.Once order is shipped out, there is no way to cancel it.
